Everyone has heard that we need to drink 8 glasses of water per day, but is that myth or medicine? According to this article, featured on MDLinx in October 2018, it's a myth that "doesn't hold water."

There is no scientific evidence to support drinking 8 cups of water per day. However, there are some advantages and disadvantages to drinking extra water.
